• POLICY:
  - Its not allowed to rent for mixed groups , only families are allowed.
  Rental Passes allow access to the north beach, and lagoons  during all week except weekends.
  - 20% Refundable insurance is a MUST
  - Children under the age of 12 are not entitled to issue a beach pass.
  - Tenants cannot invite guests during their stay
  - No parties or loud music allowed
  - Platinum properties preserves the right to end the reservation with no refund in case of any violation
  - No pets allowed
